Refers to Proclamation 11 December (No. 1566, q.v.). Smith is still concealed. He is not only a religious enemy to the Church of England, but he holds traitorous correspondence with the enemy. Any one harbouring him or any other in Romish orders incurs felony. 짙100 reward and all forfeitures from his harbourer to the person who causes him to be apprehended.--Cf. Steele.
